GROUND FLOOR

RECEPTION

The reception is at your service 24 hours a day.

Reception services:

Adapters - Available on payment of a small deposit which will be refunded when you return the adapter.

Fax - The reception will be pleased to assist you in sending or receiving faxes at a reasonable charge.

Currency Exchange - Travellers' cheques and foreign currencies can be exchanged at the reception 24
hours a day 7 days a week.

Hair Dryers - Available from the reception on payment of a small deposit which will be refunded when you
return the hair dryer.

Irons – Available at the reception against a small deposit, which will be refunded when you return the iron.

Safe Deposit Boxes - Available in every apartment and can be rented on a daily or a weekly basis. The Management regrets that the hotel cannot be held responsible, whether due to negligence or under any circumstance, for the loss or theft of valuables left by guests in their rooms.

Television – There is a TV in your room (see info under "Apartments"). You may borrow a remote control
against a small deposit, which will be refunded when you return the remote control.

Other Information:

Bicycles & Motorbikes - The reception will be pleased to assist you in renting a bicycle or motorbike.

Breakfast – Can be bought from the hotel's convenience store which is open every day 07:00-23:00.

Car Rental - Please contact the reps or the reception for details and reservations.

Check-Out Time - On departure day we would kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 12.00 noon according to international hotel rules. Should you wish to extend the check-out time, please contact the reception at least 2 days before departure, as this service is subject to availability and against a fee.

Concierge Services - If you would like to do some flower arranging, visit a particular place or make an
appointment at the hairdresser's, the staff at the reception will be pleased to help you.

Credit Cards - Most major credit cards are accepted.

Do Not Disturb - For complete privacy, please place the "Do Not Disturb" sign outside your door.
Telephones can be diverted by calling the operator.

Dry Cleaning - Please hand in any laundry to the reception before 10.00 am for return the following day.

Environment - All environmental concerns are important to us. Here at Kition we are working intensively
on long-term management of issues including energy and water conservation, selective purchasing and
room decoration.

First Aid - First Aid kits are available at the reception or at the pool bar.

Mail - A mail box is situated at the reception. Mail is delivered and collected every weekday. Stamps may
be purchased in the reception.

Maps - Maps of Larnaka are available free of charge at the reception. Road maps of Cyprus can be
purchased at the convenience store.

Wake-up Calls – You may order your wake-up call from the receptionist.

STARTOUR / FRITIDSRESOR SERVICE CENTRE

The Star Tour*Fritidsresor base in Larnaka is Kition. Here you can meet the representatives (reps)
frequently.

Excursions - Please contact the reps.

Mini Cruises to Israel and Egypt - The reps will be happy to assist you. Please apply a few days in advance.

Bar & Dance floor –During the winter months Kition Hotel arranges special evenings several times a
week with dance and entertainment.

Games - Billiards, dart, chess, backgammon, playing cards, table tennis and video games.

Please note there is a small charge for some games.

Launderette - A self-service laundry is at your service daily. If you would like to wash you book your time
with the reception. Washing powder and fabric conditioners can be bought from the store.

Piano – Do you play the piano? Be our guest!

Conferences and meetings - We will be glad to arrange your meetings for up to 50 people, equipment on
request.

1st, 2nd and 3rd FLOORS

APARTMENTS

Air Conditioning/heating – Available on request at the reception for a small daily fee.

Bath Towels -. Towels are changed once a week for clients staying more than 3 weeks and twice a week
for clients staying less.

Electricity - The electricity is 220 / 240V. For the electricity to work you must place your key fob in the
slot of the wall inside the entrance door. This is to make sure that no energy is wasted when you are not
in the apartment. Only the refrigerator is working.

Evacuation Plan - Please see the plan of Kition on the back of your room door and follow the emergency
instructions given.

Kitchenette - The kitchen in the apartment is equipped according to the list on the back of your door.
Please check that all items are there upon your arrival to make sure you get the best use of the
kitchenette.

Maid Service - Your chamber maid will clean the room 5 days a week if you are on a short stay 1-3
weeks. If you stay longer than 3 weeks you are responsible for the cleaning of the apartment yourselves.

Maintenance - If you find a technical problem in your apartment, please report it directly.

Kition Hotel’s Polynesian-theme restaurant, the “Kiribati”, offers its guests a rich selection of delicious Polynesian specialties, woodfire grills and exotic desserts, all served in a unique tropical setting overlooking Larnaca Bay. With such exquisite Polynesian dishes like Lau Lau Swordfish, Esi Fafao Beef and Samoan Barbecued Pork, the Kiribati will help you escape to an exotic paradise!

Our special Polynesian Bar, meanwhile, offers you a variety of tropical cocktails from the South Seas, together with mouth-watering fingerfood and tidbits.

POOL AREA

Swimming Pool - Opening hours: 08.00-20.00.

The pool is heated from November until April for your comfort.

Pool Towels - Pool towels are available from the Bora Bora pool bar.

Pool Bar – The pool bar is open from 10.00-01.00 every day during
the summer and 10,00 - 16,00 during the winter.
Sunbathing, Sun Beds and Parasols - Available free of charge for all
Kition hotel guests.

Airline Information - For reservation or re-confirmation of flight tickets, please contact the reception.

Religion - The religion of the Greek Cypriots is Christian Orthodox. There are also Roman Catholic and
Armenian churches.

Safety

All matters relating to your safety are important to us. The complex has been granted all formal
certification and fulfils all local safety requirements. We continually carry out safety checks on fire and
evacuation procedures, the pool area, lifts, play areas, water quality and hygiene. Our staff are trained in
safety matters.

In each room there are instructions for what to do in case of fire. Within the complex there are also
instructions on how to act to increase both your own safety and that of other guests. We kindly ask you
to take note of this information.

If you have any questions relating to safety inside the complex, please contact reception.

RESORT INFORMATION

Dentist – Please contact reception or reps.

Doctor / Clinic - Qualified and experienced doctors are on call at all times. A modern and fully
equipped clinic is within10 minutes reach for any emergency. The staff at the reception will be pleased
to help you in arranging an appointment or a visit at any time.

Entertainment / Events - A weekly animation programme as well as the municipality monthly
programme can be viewed at the notice board in the reception.

Public Transport - The nearest bus stop is situated on the main road. There is a regular bus service to
all towns and villages in the vicinity. Please consult the timetables at the reception notice boards.

Pharmacy – Across the street.

Supermarkets – Metro, Bestways, Orphanides, Woolworth.

Taxi Service - For round-the-clock taxi service, please contact the reception.
